Last week, a suspected drunk driver was captured in Logan Heights. According to ABC News Channel 10, the incident happened early Thursday morning, near South 30th Street and Newton Avenue. A Honda Civic struck a guardrail, and the driver tried to flee the scene of a crash. Witness reports indicated that the driver was acting erratically after the wreck. He got out of the vehicle and began running around the area.

Residents and witnesses nearby were able to apprehend the suspected drunk driver and hold him until first responders and law enforcement officers arrived on the scene. Very few details have been released, but we do know that the driver was taken into custody. No information has been released on whether anybody was hurt or the extent of damage involved in this wreck.
