Early this morning, a car traveling northbound on Highway 135 crashed and rolled multiple times injuring the two passengers and killing another. The wreck occurred around 1:40 a.m. in Waller Park. The California Highway Patrol told KEYT News, “A vehicle crashed through the fence separating the highway and adjacent Orcutt Rd.” The vehicle began to roll after hitting the fence.

The male driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Witnesses helped extricate the two female passengers, however, one died at the scene. One passenger was taken to Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara. Details and names have yet to be released.
