A young woman was killed after colliding with an AC Transit Bus in Berkeley. The victims’ father was one of the first people to arrive on the scene and ironically, her father works for ATC Transit Bus. He had been listening to the news and recognized the description of her vehicle as the accident was reported. CBS San Francisco reported, “At around 6:40 a.m., a red Honda collided with an AC Transit bus at the intersection of California Street and Ashby Avenue.” The woman driving the Honda was traveling southbound on California Street when it collided with the AC Transit bus—which was headed West on Ashby Avenue.
