Two people are confirmed dead due to a fiery crash in Orange, on Highway 55. The collision occurred on the northbound side of the 55 near the westbound 22 freeway. The California Highway Patrol told ABC Seven News, the truck veered off the freeway, crashed into a guardrail, went airborne and overturned on the transition road to the 22 West. The pickup truck then caught fire. Luckily, there were witnesses that helped extricate tow people from the pickup. However, one victim died at the scene. The other victim was rushed to the hospital where he eventually succumbed to his injuries.
