Fatal Fresno Crash Kills 7-Year-Old Boy and Father

Last weekend, a tragic accident claimed the lives of a seven-year-old boy and his father. The crash was reported in Fresno County near Marks and North around 8 pm on Saturday evening.

According to officers, a vehicle ran through a stop sign at a high speed collided with an SUV containing a family of six. The impact ejected several from the SUV killing two. Multiple other children in the SUV reported having serious injuries resulting from the accident.

Upon collision, the truck which had hit the SUV burst into flames. The driver of the offending vehicle was reported to be under the influence according to investigators. CHP responded to the scene.
