On Sunday night, there was a fatal motorcycle crash in the Bay Park area. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, the incident happened sometime before 10:00 p.m. in the 2900 block of Mt. Acadia Boulevard. For currently unknown reasons, a 47-year-old man lost control of his motorcycle and struck a guardrail.

Although first responders rushed to the scene and attempted life-saving measures, the motorcycle rider did not survive his injuries. Very few details about this fatal crash have been released, but evidence at the scene suggested the crash may have happened under suspicious circumstances. Homicide investigators were called to the scene. At this time, there has been no word on any investigative developments or suspects.
