A pedestrian was struck and killed by a Caltrain in South San Francisco on Wednesday evening. The accident occurred in San Mateo County, and the train involved was Clatrain no. 366. According to NBC Bay Area, there were 743 passengers on board the train. As of now, there are no passenger injuries reported. There are no reports as to why the pedestrian was on the tracks at the time of accident.
