Fatal Rancho San Diego Crash

Over the weekend, a head-on crash in Rancho San Diego took the life of a Spring Valley woman. According to ABC News Channel 10, the incident happened on Sunday around 12:30 p.m. at Jamacha Boulevard near Trace Road. Clementine Scott James was killed after her southbound Toyota Camry was struck head on by a northbound GMC Terrain SUV. The 21-year-old driver in the SUV failed to negotiate a curve prior to the crash and crossed into oncoming traffic.

James’ husband, who was driving the other car, sustained reportedly minor injuries in the crash. The SUV driver was transported to a local hospital for treatment of a broken leg. There has been no word on whether or not any citations were made or if drugs or alcohol were involved in this crash. The team at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers Inc. sends their deepest condolences to James’ family members and friends.
