Four teens were involved in a terrible car accident in Walnut Creek. Two teenage men were killed in the accident and two young women were injured. The vehicle, driven by Ramya Ramey, drove off the connector ramp from eastbound Highway 24 onto northbound 680 when they crashed. Per ABC Seven News, the car was reduced to a twisted piece of metal. Ramey survived the accident and suffered major injuries. According to her family, the toxicology reports have yet to come back yet, therefore, ruling this a DUI case is not validated.
