San Jose Car Accident Attorney

Friday night in San Jose, four vehicles in San Jose collided on Highway 101 near Tully Road. The accident occurred around 9:20 p.m. and according to the CBS San Francisco, the vehicles were on the right shoulder of the highway, and one of the officers was standing on the passenger side of one of the vehicles involved in the collision when a 2004 Mazda 3 veered off the road and sideswiped a CHP vehicle on the shoulder of the roadway. This caused the CHP car to collide with the vehicle the CHP officer was standing next to. Consequently, that vehicle hit the officer and he was thrown into the nearby ditch. The driver of the Mazda was arrested for DUI. The passenger inside of the parked vehicle and the officer were transported to the hospital with minor injuries. The team at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers have those injured in our prayers in hopes for a full recovery.
