Early Saturday morning in Pomona, four people were killed by a hit-and-run driver who was suspected to be driving under the influence. “The California Highway Patrol says the crash happened early Saturday on eastbound State Route 60 as the eight victims were in a Ford Explorer heading home to Lake Elsinore” stated The Republic. The driver who is suspected to be driving under the influence, side wiped an Explorer which caused the driver of the Explorer to lose control. After losing control the Explorer had overturned and was found at the bottom of an embankment. There were eight people in the Explorer, and four of them were confirmed to be dead. The other four passengers were taken to the hospital with moderate to major injuries, specified in The Press Enterprise. The Team at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers sends our deepest condolences to the friends and family of those who died in the crash.
