Last week, there was an injury crash on Harris Grade Road near Lompoc. According to Santa Barbara’s Noozhawk, the incident happened just north of the Lompoc Wye, at the intersection of Onstott Road. Very little information has been released about this crash, but we do know that at least two people were injured. Initial reports indicate that a southbound Honda sedan on Harris Grade Road collided with a Chevy HHR that was turning left from Onstott Road.
First responders rushed to the scene, where the driver of the Chevy had to be extricated from the vehicle. She was transported to Marian Regional Medical Center for treatment of moderate injuries. The Honda driver was also injured in the crash. This incident is likely still under investigation with the California Highway Patrol.
