A suspected drunk driver in Salinas crashed head-on into on-coming vehicles on Highway 101, causing the death of one driver on Monday evening. The DUI driver, Luciano Rojas Medina, was driving his pickup truck northbound in the southbound lanes of Highway 101 when he collided into a Nissan Frontier, a minivan and a BMW. According to KSBW, The Nissan driver, Raymundo Navarro, 68, of Gonzales, was killed.
