Over the weekend, four people were injured in a crash on Highway 154 in the Santa Ynez Valley. According to Santa Barbara’s Noozhawk, the wreck happened just north of Cold Spring Canyon Bridge, at about 10:20 p.m. Very little information has been released about this two-car crash, but initial reports indicate that a Lexus sedan veered to the right and hit a guardrail before becoming disabled in the roadway.

Shortly after that happened, the driver of a pickup truck was unable to avoid the wreckage and crashed into the disabled Lexus. At least four people were transported to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for treatment of injuries. No information has been released on anybody’s current condition, and this crash is likely still under investigation with local law enforcement officials.
