Just this Friday, a woman from Lompoc, Lauren Novembri, was arrested under suspicion of DUI and hit-and-run. She failed to stop after hitting a fire hydrant in front of the KFC on H Street and she injured three people. The Lompoc Record reported, “Several people were walking west across H Street at the time of the collisions, three of whom were taken to local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.” Luckily, the three injured people are okay. The fire hydrant spilled water into the street for about twenty minutes, causing major traffic. The team at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers wish a speedy recovery to the injured pedestrians.
