A driver was rear ended in Palm City by a suspected drunk driver early Friday morning.  The driver was transported to the hospital with major injuries. According to KUSI News, “A Nissan Xterra traveling on eastbound Palm Ave. ran a red light at the intersection with Saturn Blvd. and crashed into a Nissan Frontier making a right turn around 1:45 a.m. Thursday, sending the Xterra down an embankment.” Apparently, the Frontier driver was hospitalized due to a broken neck. This crash caused both Palm Avenue and Saturn Boulevard to be closed until 6:30 a.m.
