Yesterday, a man was killed in Escondido when he was hit by a car on the Interstate 15. The motorist was standing outside his car when another vehicle lost control and rammed into him. KUSI News reported, “A person was seen lying near a wrecked car in the center divider on the southbound side of the freeway just north of state Route 78 shortly after 11 p.m.” The southbound lanes were closed until 2:00 a.m. The police assumed that the wet weather caused the driver’s balding tires to lose traction. The victim’s name has yet to be released. The team at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers send our deepest condolences to the friends and family of the man who passed away.
