A twenty-five-year-old was walking on the side of the road in Napa and was struck and killed by an SUV. The man was walking alongside of Highway 29 when he was struck around 9:00 p.m. on Saturday evening near the Napa Premium Outlets shopping center. Per CBS San Francisco, the 2001 GMC, driven by a 51-year-old Concord man, attempted to veer out of the way of the victim, but was unable to in time to avoid a collision.
