Motorcyclist Injured in San Diego Hit and Run

Earlier this week, a motorcyclist was injured in a hit-and-run crash in the Fairmont Village area. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, the wreck happened at the intersection of Lantana Drive and Euclid Avenue. Initial reports indicate that a vehicle pulled onto Euclid Avenue from Lantana drive and hit the right side of a Yamaha motorcycle.

First responders rushed to the scene, where the 33-year-old motorcycle rider had to be transported to a local hospital for treatment of injuries including a fractured tibia and fibula. The driver involved fled the scene. That vehicle was described as a white Honda sedan and was headed southbound on Euclid Avenue. Law enforcement officers may still be looking for this hit-and-run driver.
