A motorcyclist was killed in a terrible hit-and-run accident on Interstate 10 on Sunday in Los Angeles. The accident occurred around 4:15 a.m. near La Brea Avenue. Reports made by California Highway Patrol confirmed that the motorcyclist lost control of his bike and crashed into the raised center median. The man flew off his bike where an oncoming vehicle crashed directly into him. A woman driving a Toyota Corolla swerved to avoid the downed man and ended up striking the motorcycle, rupturing the bike’s fuel tank and causing both it and her own car to catch fire, NBC Los Angeles.
The authorities are searching for the hit and run driver, although, do not have any information about the type of car, etc. The team at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers send our deepest condolences to the friends and family of the motorcyclist.
