Over the weekend, a Navy man was hit and killed by a box truck in Oceanside. The man was pulled over on the side of the road when he was hit by the truck. Fox Five San Diego reported, “Officers responded Saturday at 4:30 p.m. to the eastbound lanes of state Route 76 at Douglas Drive, where they found the man, unresponsive and collapsed on the highway.”

The emergency crews performed CPR and the paramedics took him to Tri-City Medical Center. The man was confirmed dead when he arrived at the hospital. The authorities have ruled out alcohol and drugs from the incident. The team at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers send our deepest condolences to the friends and family of the man who was hit.
