Just last night a man was killed by a train in Oceanside. The Amtrak train 591 struck the man near Surfrider Way and North Cleveland Street around 8:00 p.m. The tracks were closed for some time, and the Metro link confirmed that the tracks were closed, but they were working on alternate transportation for the passengers, ABC 10 News. There is no confirmation as the cause of the accident, nor has the victim’s identity be revealed.
