Pacific Beach Hit and Run Crash

Earlier this week, there was a hit-and-run crash in Pacific Beach. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, the incident happened on the 3900 block of Haines Street. Very few details about this wreck have been released, but we do know that a black Jeep Cherokee crashed into the wall of a house. The driver involved got out of the vehicle and tried to flee on foot.

A couple of witnesses heard the commotion and came out of their homes to see the wreckage. They were able to pursue the driver and detained him until police officers arrived on the scene. Thankfully, no serious injuries were reported. The driver was arrested, and this crash may still be under investigation with local law enforcement officials.
