Earlier this week a pedestrian was hit and killed by a car in San Jose. The accident occurred on Tully Road and Galveston Avenue intersection. The authorities told The Mercury News that they found a man gravely injured at the scene of the accident. The driver who fatally hit the victim stayed at the scene to cooperate with authorities.
