Pedestrian Severely Injured in San Diego

On Tuesday night, a pedestrian was severely injured in a collision in San Diego. According to Fox Channel Five News, the incident happened at the intersection of Arriba Street and Regents Road, sometime before 10:00 p.m. For currently unknown reasons, the vehicle involved, a Ford Mustang, veered into the opposite lanes of traffic and into the crosswalk. The pedestrian, who was in the crosswalk at the time, was struck and severely injured.

First responders were swiftly on the scene, but very few details about this crash have been released. There has been no word on the pedestrian’s condition or the extent of injuries involved. The cause of this crash is still under investigation with the San Diego Police Department’s traffic division.
