A woman pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in Oxnard on Saturday night. The woman was walking at First Street and Oxnard Boulevard when she was hit. One witness told the Ventura County Star, the force threw the woman from Oxnard Boulevard to the rocks alongside adjacent railroad tracks. There were very few details reported in the accident, however, the woman remained in the intensive care unit on Sunday. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene for questioning.
