This morning in Albany, a person was killed by an Amtrak Train around 7:55 a.m. According to the East Bay Times, “The person was struck by the San Joaquin’s 710 train heading from Oakland to Bakersfield.” There are no reports of injured passengers. Although, there will be periodic train delays throughout the day, until the investigation of the fatality is complete. It is unknown if this person in a woman or man.
