Two people were killed in an accident in Pacifica on Saturday morning on Highway 1. The accident was caused by wrong-way Prius driver who collided with a pickup truck. According to ABC Seven News, a Prius was traveling south in northbound lanes when it hit the truck near Clarendon Road around 4:15 a.m.

Both passengers, a male and female, in the Prius were killed from the impact, however, the driver of the Prius survived the accident. The driver of the Prius was taken to Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital. There was a passenger inside of the pickup as well, and both the passenger and driver were taken to the hospital for the treatment of their injuries.
