A wrong-way crash caused the death of one person in Riverside on Sunday morning. A DUI driver in a Mustang, drove seven miles on the wrong side of the freeway before crashing head-on with Dodge Caravan. Per ABC Seven News, “A passenger in the Dodge Caravan was killed. The drivers of both vehicles were seriously injured and taken to the hospital.”

The driver and friend of the deceased passenger walked away with injuries however none were considered life-threatening. The woman who caused the deadly accident suffered injuries and was taken to the hospital but is expected to survive.
