A driver involved in a road rage incident in Oceanside appeared in court on Friday. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, Andrew Branch is facing felony assault charges for his involvement in an apparent road rage incident that happened on eastbound State Route 78, near the College Boulevard exit. A video of the altercation shows a man getting out of his vehicle and confronting Branch’s SUV. The man appears to spit at Branch before getting back into his BMW.

Branch’s vehicle is then seen driving over the center median and then into the BMW. Branch’s SUV ended up rolling on its side during the incident. The BMW driver was arrested on a misdemeanor charge. Branch is currently out on bail, but he could face up to four years behind bars if convicted.
