Last weekend, there was a rollover injury crash off of Gibraltar Road. According to Santa Barbara’s Noozhawk, the incident happened near the intersection of East Camino Cielo on Saturday afternoon. Very few details have been released about this crash, but we do know that at least four people were injured. Initial reports indicate that the vehicle went off of the side of the road and ended up on its roof about 40 to 50 feet below the roadway.
First responders rushed to the scene, where two of the injured people had to be airlifted to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for treatment of major injuries. The other two people were also taken to the hospital for treatment. No information has been released on the cause of this crash, which his likely still under investigation with local law enforcement officials.
