A pedestrian was killed this Thursday after being hit by a vehicle on Tully Road in San Jose. The Mercury News claimed, “The CHP received reports that a man was lying near the metering lights of the Tully Road onramp to southbound 101… When officers arrived, it was not immediately clear whether the man, who appeared to be in his early 40s, had been hit.” Why the man was on the freeway is still unknown, however, the man had been carrying a wallet with cash, and ID and his car keys. The CHP found debris on the road that determined the man was killed by a hit-and-run. The team at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, send our deepest condolences to the friends and family of the pedestrian.
