San Mateo Head-On Collision, CA-92
Late Saturday night this past weekend, a head-on vehicle collision occurred on eastbound Highway 92 in San Mateo. KPIX CBS reported three vehicles involved in the incident, one of which, a San Mateo County bus. The collision caused a one-acre brush fire which has since been contained. Multiple patients were transported to a nearby hospital. No information regarding their status or severity of injuries has been yet released.
Area drivers are being advised of potential slowdowns and closures as CHP and Calfire officials work to clean up the scene.
