Santa Maria Fatal Teen Crash

A Monday morning collision involving a semi truck took the life of two Santa Maria Valley High School students. According to Santa Barbara’s Noozhawk, the incident happened in the early morning hours on Highway 101, in Ventura County. There were two other people in the car at the time of the crash, and they were both transported to the hospital for treatment of major injuries.

For currently unknown reasons, the 2013 Honda Accord veered onto the right shoulder and struck the back of a parked tractor-trailer. Alcohol was not believed to have been a factor, and the group was reportedly returning from Disneyland.

The team at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Inc. sends their deepest condolences to the family members, friends and classmates of the two teens who lost their lives. We also wish speedy recoveries for the injured passengers.
