On Monday, a hit-and-run driver in Chula Vista struck a school bus and a postal truck. According to ABC News Channel 10, the incident happened in the 300 block of Roosevelt Street, near Chula Vista Middle School, sometime just before 3:20 p.m. Witness reports indicate that a black Volvo was traveling at a high rate of speed when it sideswiped a school bus carrying special needs students from a local elementary school.

Thankfully, no serious injuries were reported on the scene. Very few details about the hit-and-run crash have been released, but officials with the California Highway Patrol are still trying to locate the car that was involved in the crash. The model of the car has not been released. Also, there has been no description of the driver.
