Over the weekend, seven people were injured in a head-on crash on Highway 154. According to Santa Barbara’s Noozhawk, the wreck happened at about 7:15 p.m. on Saturday night, just east of Lake Cachuma. Very few details have been released about this three-vehicle collision, but we do know that at least one person had to be airlifted from the scene due to major injuries. Initial reports indicate that an eastbound BWM reportedly crossed the centerline and hit a westbound Toyota Tacoma head-on. An additional vehicle then struck both of those vehicles.

Overall, at least seven people were injured. There has been no word on the woman’s condition who suffered from major injuries. Additionally, no information has been released on whether or not any citations have been issued. The cause of this crash is likely still under investigation with local law enforcement authorities.
