On Wednesday evening, one person was killed in a house fire in San Luis Obispo. The emergency crews arrived on scene around 11:00 p.m. and the entire house and parked vehicles were engulfed in flames. A woman was able to escape the fire; however, her husband was still inside of the house. Unfortunately, the husband was unable to escape, and the firefighters were unable to rescue him. The San Luis Obispo Tribune confirmed, 75 percent of the home was destroyed, with the initial loss estimated to be at least a half-million dollars. The team at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers send our deepest condolences to the friends and family of the woman. The cause of the house fire is currently under investigation.
