A terrible crash in La Mesa left two people dead and a young girl with severe injuries that may prohibit her from walking in the future. This terrible accident occurred yesterday afternoon, a big rig was traveling on a ramp from westbound Interstate 8 to southbound state Route 125 when – for unknown reasons – the driver swerved, causing the vehicle to hit a guardrail and crash through a concrete wall that separated eastbound I-8 from northbound SR-125, according to ABC News.

Upon crashing the big-rig hit a small Chevrolet sedan and then collided with a Kia. The two people in the Chevrolet died upon impact, and the big rig’s driver and passenger were hospitalized. A mother was driving her two daughters in the Kia, and her daughter suffered serious spinal injuries. This terrible accident is currently under investigation by the California Highway Patrol. The team at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers have all involved in our prayers in hopes for a full recovery. The team sends our deepest condolences to the friends and family of the two people who died.
