Four people were killed in a terrible accident on Interstate 10 in Fontana. The accident occurred around 12:30 p.m. near the Cherry Avenue exit on Friday. The LA Times reported on the accident and confirmed a Honda was pulled over on the freeway with technical issues. A Good Samaritan pulled over to assist the woman with her overheating vehicle. When doing so, a possible DUI driver in a Nissan, hit the Honda killing the two kids inside and causing the parked Honda to hit the two people outside of the vehicle (Honda driver and Good Samaritan). “Investigators found beer cans inside the Nissan and are investigating the crash as a possible drunken driving incident,” The LA Times. The team at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers send our deepest condolences to all the friends and family of those who died in this accident.
