A small, single-engine plane crashed into the hillside next to Highway 76 in Oceanside on Tuesday morning. The plane had two occupants, the driver and passenger. One victim died and another was trapped for nearly 5 hours on the hillside before they were rescued. It has yet to be confirmed whether the driver or the passenger died in this accident.
