Yesterday in Escondido, ten people were hospitalized after two SUVs collided in Escondido. An SUV with seven passengers was hit by another SUV, with a mother and her two children. The SUV, carrying the seven passengers, was found on its side. ABC Ten News confirmed the accident occurred at Elfin Forest Road and Harmony Grove Road intersection. All of the people involved were able to exit their vehicles without any emergency crews and were taken to the nearby hospitals. The California Highway Patrol is currently investigating the cause of the crash.
