On Tuesday morning, a vehicle crashed 60 feet below Harris Grade Road. According to Santa Barbara’s Noozhawk, the incident happened sometime before 8:50 a.m., near Rucker Road and Vandenberg Village. Very few details about this one-vehicle crash have been released, but we do know that the sole occupant, a male driver in his early 30’s, was injured in the crash.
First responders rushed to the scene, where they had to use a system of ropes to get the driver up to the roadway. He was taken to Lompoc Valley Medical Center for the treatment of injuries. There has been no word on the cause of this crash, other than the driver lost control of the vehicle. This wreck is likely still under investigation with law enforcement authorities.
