Vehicle Hits Parked Cars in Emerald Hills

Earlier this week, a vehicle hit several parked cars in the Emerald Hills area. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, the incident happened late on Tuesday night on Geneva Avenue. Very few details about these crashes have been released, but we do know that the driver fled on foot and then jumped into another car. Initial reports indicate that one of the vehicles that was hit caught on fire after the crash. A neighbor in the area ran outside to extinguish the flames.

Another vehicle was pushed off of the roadway. Multiple cars sustained property damage. At this time, there has been no word on whether or not the driver has been identified or apprehended. Thankfully, nobody was injured in these crashes. This incident is likely still under investigation with local law enforcement officials.
