A horrific crash occurred on Sunday morning in San Francisco on Highway 101. Ultimately, a wrong-way driver caused the death of two people and injured nine others. Per CBS San Francisco News, The three-car collision was first reported at 2:33 a.m. with a vehicle traveling southbound in the northbound lanes near Vermont Street striking two vehicles. The wrong-way driver, identified as Kayla Wilson, crashed into an Uber van, carrying multiple passengers and killed the Uber driver. Wilson was also confirmed dead from the crash.
