Profile
Daniel Jones is an attorney at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Inc. who brings a strong background in trial advocacy, legal writing, and pro bono service to his practice. He is fluent in Spanish, which allows him to better connect with and serve a wider range of clients across California.
Before joining Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Daniel worked as a post-bar law clerk for the Primary Public Defender in San Diego, where he gained valuable courtroom experience and argued before the Superior Court of California. His dedication to serving the community was recognized when he received the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services, one of the state’s most prestigious honors for volunteer legal work.
Daniel is admitted to the State Bar of California and is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. His peers have also recognized his advocacy, naming him a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2017, 2018, and 2019, an honor given to only the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state.
Outside of his practice, Daniel enjoys spending time outdoors. He loves reading, camping, sailing, and exploring nature. Most of all, he values time with his three children, who inspire and motivate him both personally and professionally.
