Michael Chaloupka was born and raised in San Luis Obispo and has remained deeply connected to the Central Coast throughout his life.
Michael began his career at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Inc., where he has practiced since the start of his legal career. Over the years, he has represented hundreds of injured individuals and their families, gaining extensive experience in personal injury litigation. He is admitted to the California State Bar and the Federal Court for the Eastern District of California. Michael is also an active member of several professional organizations including the Fresno County Bar Association, the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association, the Central Coast Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, Consumer Attorneys of California, and Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles.
Outside of his legal practice, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, their daughter, and their two French Bulldogs. He also likes taking on home improvement projects with his wife, golfing, and working out. A competitive spirit carries over into his personal life as he loves playing games, challenging himself, and pushing his limits. He has completed a seven day water fast and finished a Spartan Ultra race, a grueling event that spans more than 31 miles and includes over 60 obstacles.
