Anthony Kastenek brings more than a decade of experience representing injured individuals. He is dedicated to guiding clients through the legal process and ensuring they receive the support and recovery they deserve after serious accidents.
Anthony’s legal background is diverse and spans multiple disciplines. While in college, he interned at a patent law firm, and during law school, he clerked at a civil litigation firm where he gained experience in bankruptcy, family law, and personal injury. Following graduation, Anthony operated his own law office in Santa Barbara for nine years before joining Harris Personal Injury Lawyers. His breadth of experience allows him to approach cases with insight, strategy, and a client-focused perspective. He is admitted to practice in California and the United States District Court for the Central and Northern Divisions.
Anthony lives in the Santa Ynez Valley with his wife, their two children, two dogs, and five chickens. He is a single digit handicap golfer always chasing scratch, and when he is not on the course, he enjoys spending time with his family. He is also active in the community through his involvement with the Santa Ynez Valley Therapeutic Riding Program. Friends and colleagues know him for his reliability and sense of humor, and he has even served as the best man in five separate weddings.
