Boy Dies Following Bus, Car Collision in South Los Angeles
On Monday morning in West Rancho Dominguez, several people were critically injured in a collision between a Metro 127 bus and a Hyundai Elantra. The crash happened around 10:30 am at the Rosecrans Avenue and San Pedro Street intersection, according to CBS News. The victims in the Hyundai were treated on scene before being taken to the hospital. The bus driver suffered minor injuries and was also transported to the hospital. No passengers were on the bus at the time.
One of the critically injured victims, a nine-year-old boy, died on Tuesday at the hospital. At the time of the report, the cause of the crash remained under investigation.
