Brandon Miller is an attorney at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Inc. who brings experience from both sides of personal injury law. He began his career working for large and midsize insurance defense firms, where he defended municipalities and major corporations against personal injury claims. His years in defense work gave him insight into the strategies used to minimize claims, knowledge that he now leverages to the benefit of injured individuals and families.
Before joining Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Brandon gained legal experience as a judicial law clerk at the San Diego Superior Court and as an associate attorney at several Southern California law firms. Today, he focuses exclusively on representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including auto accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death. He is admitted to practice in California and the United States Federal Court for the Northern District of California.
Brandon is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys surfing, rock climbing, and mountain biking. He values time with his wife and daughters, often blending his love of family with his enthusiasm for outdoor adventure.
