Earlier this week, there was a crash involving a dirt bike and a patrol car in Hesperia. According to KTLA News Channel Five, the incident happened on Tuesday night, near Seventh Avenue and Walnut Avenue. Initial reports indicate that there were several people riding dirt bikes in the area, when they were spotted by patrol officers with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.  

When the officers tried to pull the riders over, one of them tried to get away. That person crashed his motorcycle into a patrol car and then fled the scene. Authorities were eventually able to catch the dirt bike rider, and anybody with additional information about the incident is being asked to contact the local police department or sheriff’s office.
